Our minimum loan amounts for commercial is $500,000 (Merchant Loan minimum is $250,000). Commercial loans are different than residential because they don't follow general guidelines. Each lender will have their own specific requirements. As a result, please give yourself a minimum of 45 days to close on a commercial loan.
